    • Completed 4 optional reviews; 3 staff-related pen-and-ink; 2 staff-related initial reviews

  • Academic Leadership Committee Review – Gray DI completed a two-day workshop to look at data regarding potential opportunities for additions, adjustments, and potential removals.  No final decisions were made at this point, but it was a crucial step in beginning to evaluate where we are and the changes to be considered.  

Item 10: Announcements – Chad Willis, Chair 

Tip of the Month: University Camp – available to staff, faculty, students, and alumni for hiking, swimming in the river, and campsites.   

Staff Awards and Carnival – May 18, 3 PM – 5 PM 

Round Rock make sure to RSVP for the transportation
