Beginning September 1, Staff Concerns will transition to Staff Inquiries to streamline workflows to ensure Staff Council is able to serve the greater staff community.

Item 5: Committee Updates for AY 2024-2025 

  • Goal 1: Parking, Joshua Lopez 
    • Gravel parking lot construction delayed due to weather. Originally anticipated at the beginning of fall, likely delayed to the end of fall.
    • Park Right – Reward/incentive program for correctly parked employees. Bring Park Right “ticket” to Parking Services to redeem reward.
    • Park Zen/Park TXST coming soon – TXST app that will provide insight on available campus parking. More information to come. 
  • Goal 2: Employee Benefits and Accessibility, Stephanie Daniels
