- Scholarship came out of the scholarship fund – will be moving to close this account soon in favor of the Staff Council Excellence Fund
- Donations are welcome at any point to the Staff Council Excellence Fund
Passport Services – Manon Bowen, Director of Education Abroad and Passport Services
- Passport Services location has changed to JCK, Suite 360
- Passport Services is open from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with a last appointment time of 3 PM. Walk-in services are available on Fridays from 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM.
- Visitors can get a pass for a pay-to-park spot. Staff can park based on their parking permit.
- They can process new, lost, or stolen passports and passports for minors. They are unable to assist with renewals.

- The presentation slides highlight recent updates.
- Websites should be transitioned to the Calico templates for all the features and to be mobile-friendly. If you need assistance, reach out for support.
- Training is available in Canvas. All updates will be added to the Gato Essentials training, available to all Gato editors.
- TXST mobile app – prioritizing student experience first but will continue to evolve.
- If you have an idea of something needed for Gato or the app, submit a feature request!
Campus Sustainability – Lisa Fields, Sustainability Coordinator
- Sustainability Month Events are posted. Remaining events include an open closet thrift market and a campus clean-up!
- Events for Round Rock may be planned for April 2026.

- Print Shop has closed. Pending orders were outsourced. A list of preferred vendors is available.
- Business cards route to Capital Printing. They have the template and all the necessary templates for stationery.
